Our experience means we are able to search for heirs in France and abroad. Given our location in the South of France, we are regularly required to carry out research in Italy and trace sixth-degree heirs, which sometimes results in us heading to the United States or Latin America to continue our search.
Verifying devolution
of an estate
The heirs appear to be known but are unable to justify their share or demonstrate that there are no heirs of a closer degree? In the absence of a family record book, our probate genealogists will attest, through their research, to the accuracy of a preferred collateral devolution of an estate, or they will establish a genealogical table certifying there are no other cousins.
